When In Doubt Test It Out: A Simple Way To Find Out What Your Body Needs
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Wellness advice is everywhere, yet so many of us still feel stuck, tired, and unsure what to do next. Shelly sits down with author, speaker, and wellness veteran Jennell Cook to talk about a calmer, more personal way forward, one that starts with hope and ends with practical next steps.
Jennell shares the story that launched her 40 plus years in holistic wellness: watching her mom struggle with chronic illness, then finding an herbalist and alternative approaches that finally helped her turn the corner. We talk honestly about where modern medicine shines, where it can fall short with chronic issues, and why the best outcomes often come from blending approaches while staying focused on the least invasive path with the fewest side effects.
From there we get tactical. Janelle explains the thinking behind her Simple Health Test method and why “fit” matters more than trendy rules. Fatigue becomes our example of how symptoms can have many root causes, thyroid, adrenals, iron, B12, and more, and why chasing a quick fix can leave you overwhelmed. We also get into real-life choices like coffee, reading labels without obsessing, and avoiding the trap of stacking too many supplements at once.

Meeting Janelle Cook And Her Work
SPEAKER_02my friends, welcome back to Words of Wellness. My name is Shelley and I will be your host and my guest today. She is an author, a speaker, and she has been in the wellness industry for 40 plus years, like myself. So we are sisters in that regard for sure. And she is also the creator of the simple health test. So I'm really excited to hear all about that because who doesn't need more simple in their life? I know I'm always looking for simplicity and it sounds amazing. So I'm excited to hear more about that. So welcome, Janelle Cook, to the show.
SPEAKER_00Thank you, Shelly. I am so excited to be here. Thank you so very much.
SPEAKER_02You're welcome. And I know it's taken a little time to get our schedules to align, and that's just how life is sometimes. And so I'm really happy that this has worked out and we are here and we can hear more about what you are doing in the wellness space. So I'm very excited.
SPEAKER_00Absolutely. I would love to share about that. Thank you. Thank
How Holistic Care Helped Her Mom
SPEAKER_00you. So um, yeah, so my journey, as you said, it was it was many years ago. Um, I was 15 years old actually when my journey began because my mom suffered from multiple health issues and some were chronic. So I kind of grew up in this environment of not really understanding, you know, we get sick, we go to the doctor, we take medicine, we do what they say, and we don't see any change. Um, or my mom's case, you know, you just keep piling on the problems, and there was no real uh solution at the end of the day. And I thought, well, this doesn't make any sense. And at one point I thought I might lose her. And I'm, you know, obviously I wasn't okay with that. So call it, you know, God, the universe, whatever, you know, you're praying for something to change, something different. And I was put in the path of somebody who actually lived in our hometown. He was an herbalist, and I was so excited, and I thought, oh my God, you know, I run home from from school. I remember saying, Mom, mom, mom, like I met this guy and he's gonna help you. And she's just, you know, would really help us to carry the groceries in because I'm really tired. And it's like, you're not listening to me. Like, get in the car. We need to go see this person. And anyway, that's how the journey started. And thankfully, my dad was very supportive, and he said, Look, like, she's not gonna stop bothering you until you go and see this person, but what you're doing isn't working, so maybe just try something different. Now you have to remember, 42 years ago, it was you know, it was difficult to find, not to mention it was weird, it wasn't very openly accepted. I mean, it still has some issues with acceptance today, but not like it did back then. And thankfully, we didn't walk into it thinking, oh, what is all of this? And you know, it's woo-woo or whatever. And and maybe sometimes it is, and maybe it isn't, but I was just focused on I just want my mom back. So whatever we're gonna do, let's like get on with this. And I was amazed right from the beginning because no real appointment for someday in the future, like we just called. What do you mean? Come on over, and no, like 10 referrals before you can get through a door, and it was pretty immediate. So that in itself, to me as a kid was like, wow, this is impressive. What is this? So I just wanted to shout it from the rooftops, and of course, that was just the beginning. So that journey led us to all different types of holistic and alternative approaches. And my mind was just blown. I just, you know, why isn't everybody doing this and learning these things? Like my mom's health turned around like impressively and fairly quickly, and they had, you know, kind of dismissed her in many ways. And I understand like they're limited in their ways, and there are other approaches, and we all kind of have our lane and our way, but I wish more people would work together because um, in my mom's case, it you know, it saved my mom. So that journey we continued on and we opened up a health food store and a wellness clinic. I ended up running a pet mobile service for a long time using the same method that helped my mom's recovery, and we ended up helping thousands of people that way. Um, long story short, we lost our business in a fire, but people still found us, you know, people still searched for us and found us, and um, it was such a beautiful thing because my mom, you know, later in life, like it was a purpose for her. It wasn't just this is what I do, or you know, it became this bigger purpose. And for me, I mean, my background, uh, I was in the finance business, I was in the corporate world, I was a mortgage broker. So I was kind of wearing both hats and running back and forth. And before I made that final decision to just, you know, fully immerse myself in wellness, and I love teaching. So um, when COVID hit, my mom was in her 80s at that point and decided that she was gonna finally wind down the business she said and retire. I know, which was great. I don't she didn't really fully, but anyway, um, from uh, you know, her way. And um I decided with that quiet time, like what do I want to do now? Because do I really want to keep practicing? And I didn't want to, I wanted to teach other people about what it was we learned. So I wrote a book, Wellness is your business. And um off that book, I ended up building an online course program, and that's kind of where I show up and help people today through my book, through my program, and through a lot of my social media where I demonstrate and teach certain aspects of the method.
SPEAKER_02This is so incredibly inspiring in so many ways. And I just first I want to just commend you and give you kudos for what you did way back when for your mom and just having the courage and the wherewithal and the dedication to follow through with that. Because, like you're saying, even to this day, sometimes holistic wellness and treatment and herbs can be thought of as kind of woo-woo. So when you're talking 40 plus years ago, it took a lot, I would think, for a young girl like yourself to say, Mom, you've got to try this. And to to know that it it helped her. I mean, what a blessing. How old was your mom? Okay, so she was in her 40s. I'm just quickly doing the math. I'm guessing she was in her 40s when around that time.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, okay. 50. Yeah. Okay.
SPEAKER_02And she had been dealing with chronic illness for a while.
SPEAKER_00Since she was a teenager. Wow. Yeah, when I wrote the book, Wellness Is Your Business, and of course I interviewed her for some of the background story, some things she didn't tell me, of course, when I was young, right? Mom, moms are strong and they don't really complain. And, you know, but like I'm telling you, when my life was come home from school, you know, get your snacks, sit and watch cartoons or something, and my mom would be laying on the couch under the blankets and say, Can you sit on my legs and cut the circulation off? Because that was her only means of like a little bit of relief for a little while. Like it was, you know, anyway. So when I was doing some of the research for the book, I didn't realize the extent of some of what she was dealing with. Like at one point, they wanted to send her to a psychiatrist because they said, you can't possibly have all of these problems when you know we're giving you all of this stuff and treatment and you're not getting any better. Like they just, and that I have heard that multiple times through my own practice, as I'm sure you have too, right?
SPEAKER_02That's kind of where you say, yeah, I've heard that you know, yeah, we're gonna have you go to a therapist, a psychiatrist, or here's the antidepressants to help you, but it has nothing to do with that whatsoever. And you know, there's such a I I I like to be hopeful that we're coming together more so now than ever, but I I don't know. I feel like two steps forward, one step back, working alongside from a holistic standpoint, finding the root cause, working alongside medicine, and somehow combining the two. So you get the best of both, right?
SPEAKER_00We need both. We need both I'm not dismissive of you know medicine and modern science. And I'm I'm pro whatever gets a result in the least invasive way possible, you know, void of hopefully side effects and all of this kind of stuff, then then let's do that, whatever that might be. I mean, you know, my mom would have been open to anything at that time. Sure, get a result that's gonna move me in the right direction, not not just mask my symptoms or what I'm dealing with so I can't feel it anymore. Don't medicate the problem. I mean, sometimes, yeah, okay, depending on the circumstance, but at the end of the day, there's so much more that we are capable of and can do. And um, those are the experiences that we, you know, were fortunate enough to not only have happen for us, but help so many other people. I I had an issue that I was born with and I was able to resolve it naturally. I I thought, well, you're born that way, so you're stuck that way. You're not, not always.
Root Cause Health And Personal Fit
SPEAKER_02No, I just was reading something yesterday about the sunlight, which we know is in, you know, within reason is good for us. But what have we what have we been taught all of these years? And I I think I don't know what your experience has been lately, but I feel like more and more of this is coming out, like the truth of is coming out, like all of these natural uh what would you say, modalities or just things that are in nature that can actually maybe not cure us, but definitely help and be beneficial to our overall health when we've been told, oh no, let's put the sun, put on sunscreen. And I again I'm not sunscreen. Listen, I've had sun damage and and skin cancer. So, you know, I I get it, but again, it's not to the extreme that they've like scared us thinking, right?
SPEAKER_00Well, and we do get scared and we do think, oh my gosh, like I have no control over this. Who am I to, you know, judge my own body? But that's kind of how it should be. I mean, we should take an active, if not a more leading role in our own health, but we were never shown how, right? We were never equipped, we didn't have the right information, and there's so much confusion out there, isn't there, regarding information? I mean, we could talk on that for hours, but um, and and it, and in my experience and with simple health test method, it's about fit. What works for you as a solution doesn't mean that's the solution for me. There's no real one size fits all. If that were true, then we wouldn't even be here having this conversation because everybody would just be well.
SPEAKER_02Exactly.
SPEAKER_00But that's not how it works, it's very individual. Our needs, our circumstances, our lifestyle, even the country we live, um, you know, different foods and things that are available or not, and all of this plays a part in how our bodies can recover or heal or sustain or live a healthy life. Um, all of those parts matter, and we need a way to navigate that and know. Um, it was it was not one thing for me. Like it wasn't like I have a background in a whole bunch of different modalities and clinical nutrition and herbalism and you know, healing and energy and different stuff. It was never just one thing that gave me the answer or the result. It was when I combined them all, it's like, oh, wait a minute. It was the same thing over and over and over, the same three steps that got the result. But I think today we're so quick to jump to, oh, what did you take? We want to jump to the solution and the fix. Not all of us, but a lot of us, because we were taught that way. Go to the doctor, take a pill. But that it's kind of backwards. Let's first see like where what does the body say? And when when does the body have a say? It has all this wisdom inside of it, but we just don't always know how to um get that information. And then once we have it, what do we do with it? Because the body has priorities, right? Um, that's part of the simple health test method. Like if uh we're talking fatigue, for instance, just I've had a lot of conversations lately with people that are really tired. I'm so tired I can't get out of bed. And that was one of my mom's problems. Well, fatigue is just a symptom, and it could point to so many directions. So if you see 10 different practitioners, they might give you 10 different reasons of why you're tired and then you get confused and overwhelmed because who are you supposed to listen to? What are you supposed to do? Well, the body knows. So simple health test method helps you assess, okay, but is it like, do you need adrenal support, thyroid support? Is your iron low? Do you need B12? Like, where
Simple Health Test For Real Clarity
SPEAKER_00is it coming from? You fully beast in Candida, like where do we start? So you can quickly identify what is the body's priority before you even jump to what do I take to boost my energy? Why do you have low energy in the first place? If we start there, yeah, right, and then we can move from there. Okay, so let's say we determine it's uh thyroid. In my case, I had a thyroid issue many years ago. I had a crash as a single mom. And okay, but there could be 200 different solutions of what can support my thyroid, they can't all be right for me in my body. So, how do we assess, verify? Okay, what does my body need? Oh, yeah, right. Okay, that's what I need. And what was I doing that was contributing to having that happen in the first place? Because sometimes we have to stop doing certain things, like I've discovered in my profession about thyroid and energy, and like caffeine is a big culprit with that. And I love coffee, I'm a coffee drinker, but I drink the coffee that my body is compatible with, so I don't need to worry about that.
SPEAKER_02But I learned that's yeah, and I think this is so good that you're saying that because I think this is so key, like going back to what you're talking about, how it's it's not an all or nothing. Everybody is different. So, like you're saying, finding coffee that agrees with you, because what do people sometimes say? Coffee's bad. And I'm with you. I'm like, I am drinking my coffee. I don't care what anyone says, I'm drinking it. And like you, I have a nice, organic, clean, tested for mold coffee that is amazing, doesn't upset my stomach, doesn't give me jitters, nothing. I'm going to enjoy it. So the key is like you're saying, find what works for you that's going to be healthy and be okay rather than say, oh, I have to cut it out. Like I'm just like, I'm not that person. I'm not that. I always say, like, I'm not an all or nothing. And I never I don't want to be that person that says, oh, you cannot have that or you cannot have this. Like, no, we have to live our lives, right?
SPEAKER_00We do. And why do we want to cut ourselves off of everything? Why not just? I have found it is so much easier to just find out what works for your body. And I mean, I've had the luxury of having this method so you can test or self-test all of these things very quickly and say, okay, here's all the things that are okay for me. So I don't need to quit coffee. I just need to find the coffee that, like you said, isn't going to create all these symptoms or hurt me in some way that my body is compatible with. And then I can just enjoy things. And I don't want to be a scientist and dissect every label and every ingredient, and they keep moving the goalposts and changing things. You know, yesterday's villain is this year's miracle, and vice versa. Next year it's going to be the villain. And how do you keep up?
SPEAKER_02It's so true. It's so true. And I'm a big I'm big on labels, and I I I encourage people to look at labels, however, not to the point of obsessing, right? You have to put this glance, okay, what are a couple things you want to avoid? And then look for those ingredients within reason. Yes, yes. Because it's it you you know it it can be first of all a rabbit hole, and it could be more than a full-time job to keep up with all of this stuff that works both. It is and work-time job. Every day it's something, something different, like you said. And I think that you know, my college students, I would tell them, I would say, I am here to help give you some clarity, educate you, give you information, answer your questions because I'm like, this is my profession. And it gets confusing for me with everything that's thrown at us all of the time. And it's even like you know, it's like I feel like a hundred times worse nowadays. So it's you have to just do your best. But I feel I feel sometimes bad for the average person because they're just clinging on to whatever they're told, right? And you're you're you're just spinning around in so many different directions.
SPEAKER_00Literally, and you're running to, you know, Dr. Google or now AI, chat GTP. Here's my symptoms, here's what's wrong. Well, okay, you know, you might get close, you might even maybe get some traction there, but there's a lot of situations where that's just not the case, right? It's like just checking reviews, checking like what worked for your neighbor, or because your aunt said, Well, this is what I did, but everybody keeps jumping to the solution. Give me that quick answer, and I get it because you just want to stop feeling how you're feeling. But if everybody just had that way of checking with your body and understand what it needs, why it's feeling the way it is, and then give the body what it needs and it will take care of itself without us needing a degree in everything, dissecting everything, staying up at night, worrying, searching, googling, that's that's hard, and that's not sustainable. So, you know, I've been there, I've been there, I know. It's crazy.
SPEAKER_02And you know how many people do do that, and then they they they have some symptom, and then they start Googling, and then they keep they're up at night worried that oh God, it's scares them that and scares them. I you know, I think it's I this is such a great conversation, and I'm so so happy we are having this. And I I'm reminded every time I'm just so grateful because I have a nurse practitioner that is one of those who is open to all. She knows the value of good quality nutrition, exercise. She will answer questions, she will dive in deeper if you want to look into something further, try and find out what the root causes rather than just here, take this medication, you know. And I'm finding I think there are more and more of medical practitioners like that now, versus, of course, back in you know, 10, 20, 30 years ago, of course, that wasn't the case. So they didn't have to be right.
SPEAKER_00So many of us would just blindly follow what somebody says. So we didn't really know any better.
SPEAKER_02Absolutely. Wasn't probably you now.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, and I mean, you know, in a way that's really good, but I think we have a long way to go still to you know connect all those dots. Like, I don't know too many who study nutrition to the level that some of us do, or have a way to verify those decisions. Like it's one thing I can, in my, you know, bank of knowledge, because I'm an herbalist, lean into something and then just quickly say, Oh, yeah, this is for you. You need to take that, you know, you have a lung problem, you know, here's some mull and what, but without a way of verifying that first, this is why I love the method that I teach today, because we can go to the lung, evaluate it, and say, Well, where is it? And what is going to bring it to the level that it needs to be in order to take care of itself? So
Labels Supplements And Information Overload
SPEAKER_00if you're, you know, I don't know, say a five out of a 10, or you like too low, too high, like what's going to bring about a result, not just like meh or a little bit, like what's gonna really bring it home and not cause another problem somewhere else in the body, because we see a lot of that, so many great products. That doesn't mean it's great for you, right? So many possibilities, but that doesn't mean that's gonna fix what you're hoping to achieve. It's so without a way to like evaluate this stuff, and we were never taught these things. Nope. But it's possible.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, it's so true. And I and I love what you're saying because I have been, I have done the same as you. I've studied nutrition for years, like even though my degree is kinesiology, we still had to take nutrition courses, quite different than the medical profession, and that's not a bad from doctors, but it's just the way it is, and they will be the first to say, you know, if I got hit by a car or something happened, you know, I would hope someone would take me to a hospital.
SPEAKER_00Like that's just common sense, of course. But we're not talking about that. These everyday decisions they stack and they compound, and we don't always realize, oh my gosh. So when I keep doing this thing, even if it's a healthy thing, now it's causing this problem. And I didn't even realize that was what was happening. So I had no way to evaluate that for myself without saying, oh, well, it worked for a hundred people, so it should work for me. We just keep stacking all these healthy things on top of more things. Well, sometimes that's like you're mixing, you don't know what the outcome of that concoction would be. Something might be good on its own, but most people don't do one thing, they do many things, and that combination in itself might be detrimental. Again, without a way to evaluate that for yourself, how do you even know? Who do you trust? So true. What are you listening to?
SPEAKER_02It's so true. I know I had a whole journey that I went on over 12 years ago where I changed my whole nutrition protocol and it worked amazing for me. And I've had other people through the years try the same protocol, but I'll say, stop doing whatever else you're doing. Try this so you truly know is it gonna work for you or is it not gonna work for you? Because, like you're saying, when you have all these different things happening and you have happen to have, God forbid, some kind of a reaction, how are you gonna trace back to what caused it? And it's like you're saying, I mean, you see, I just saw a friend do a little video the other day of what her morning routine is like, and I'm like, oh gosh, there's this and there's that, and all these different brands, which is okay to a point sometimes, but it's just like to your point, you have to be able to know what your body needs and making sure you're getting the quality product, whatever it is, that your body can utilize and absorb at the cellular level. And not everybody's doing that, they don't quite understand that, I don't think entirely, and that's where I mean, we come into play. I would love for you to share, Janelle, about your simple method. Like I'm I'm very curious. Can can you do this for our listeners? Can they do this online? How does this work?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, so as I said earlier, I have um a bunch of social media channels.
Muscle Testing For Foods And Products
SPEAKER_00I mean, TikTok is fairly popular for me, you know, a few years ago when I started sort of demonstrating um how to do these really simple health tests. So uh we were talking about um allergies, allergic reactions, and things like that. Well, this was a video that was very popular. Some of the videos were like a million views. It was it was kind of cool. But so you can test there's I use muscle testing because I like muscle testing as a tool. That's not the method, it's a tool I use with the method. Other people use different things, different types of body-led feedback. Some people use just intuition, energy things, but some of those energy practitioners that are in my program like the fact that you can do something physical and it's not just in the mind's eye, because sometimes that's hard to communicate to a client or a customer. Like it was really cool when we had the health food store because I could demonstrate this out on the floor. So those customers almost always became um clients in our clinic because I could do this kind of thing, and it was really fun for me. But so, for instance, there's um a way that you can test the cheek with a product or food or whatever, and it will show up here if it's going to be some sort of an allergic reaction. So let's say, for instance, you know, if I'm a muscle tester and technique or whatever it is you use, and if you check the cheek with that food or that that product, and there's a weakness here, odds are that's an allergic reaction. Well, you can find these things out so quickly. So before you go making decisions or choosing foods or products, um, even when I go shopping, like I'll just quickly check things that are in my cart, even heads of lettuce, you know, they're not all the same. If somebody was tampering with something or something got sprayed with something, or somebody came by and was touching it, okay. Yes, we wash our foods when we go home, but sometimes it's the packaging. It's there could be so many things we just don't know for our unique body's needs. It might be a product or brand, as you said. Okay, vitamin C, which one? There's like they can't all be appropriate for me. And then that's just, I mean, one simple health test. Like there's a million things we can do, evaluate a thyroid or check in, you know, like we said, with a supplement or the combination of all these things. I teach some of that on my um YouTube channel.
SPEAKER_02It is so true. I mean, it's so our bodies are miracles, but they're very complex, right? And it's amazing to think like about all the different things that have to really be functioning successfully, right? To be healthy, to have energy. But when you have that, and I'm I'm so I feel so blessed. I mean, I've I feel good and I feel like I've had that energy for many years. So when you have that, it's a wonderful thing. But for some people, they don't understand how good they can feel. Actually, I mean, I thought I felt great. And then when I made a few adjustments, I felt even better. So I went, oh my gosh, right?
SPEAKER_00So for someone like healthy feels like it.
SPEAKER_02Like for someone like us, well, we're we're in it and it's our profession and we're doing all the right things. That was a huge light bulb moment for me to go, well, I had a change. I am getting, I got healthier, I got feeling better, I got to sleeping better than I even was. So to know that there's that room for improvement, but so many people I think don't understand the fact that they're kind of accepting where they're at, or they might think, I mean, I thought I was feeling pretty good until I felt even better. So it's kind of getting that message across, I think, to people to help them understand. Like, okay, do you really truly feel your best, or do you even know what that is?
SPEAKER_00A lot of people don't know. My mom wouldn't have recognized what good feels like or what having energy means. Um, or me when I was born, you know, with a breathing and a lung problem. I thought I was stuck like that. I was compromised all through school. You know, I couldn't do the things as well as the other kids' track and field and whatever, because you know, I was always trying to catch my breath. But so I thought that meant, well, that's just how I am. But turns out that's not the case. I was able to test my lung and say, oh, this is where it's at on the scale. How do I improve that? Oh, let me try this product or this or what don't buy it and try it and see what happens. Let me test it out first. Oh, this is the thing that's going to improve it. Was it gonna improve it a little bit or a lot? Well, let me find something that's gonna improve it a lot. Oh, that's what I need to do. So I did that. It's amazing. Our bodies are so smart, as you said. We just don't always know how to communicate with it in a way that's gonna give us the information we need to get the outcome that we want or the highest outcome we could possibly get. Like you said. Well, do I have energy? Do I have a lot of energy? Do I even recognize the difference? I have um videos where I've taught people how to test your energy so you know is there room for improvement?
SPEAKER_02Try this, do this test, and then you can see where you're at.
SPEAKER_00Verify it first. I mean, that's what I've always said. When in doubt, test it out. Because again, we just were never taught that we could, that that was even available to us. And I'm so grateful, like you know, you and so many people now that are coming forward and saying, look, there are other ways. Let's um be open-minded enough to say, Well, I'm curious, I'm gonna lean in, tell me more, because it just might be the thing. If my mom would have shut me down back then, you know, I don't know what would have happened. Um well, I could guess, but she didn't. She just said, tell me more. I'm listening. What do I need to do?
SPEAKER_02Now is your mom still living, Janelle? Yeah, she is fantastic. Yeah, old is she then? 80, 84. 84. Wow.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, that's incredible. I I'm so blessed. Like, not only do I have my mom to have learned all these things with her. I mean, not that we went to school and took all the courses together, but um, we opened up a business together and we did all these things together and traveled and you know, went around the world learning different modalities, and it was just great. I mean, if I hadn't have taken that chance and said, like, hey, like, show me something different because this isn't working.
SPEAKER_02I love it. How can people find you?
SPEAKER_00I know I'll put
Simplehealthtest.com And Final Encouragement
SPEAKER_00your information in the show notes. The website, simplehealthtest.com. That would be the easiest. My social media links are there, the link to my book is there, and there is a free starter kit for anybody who wants to just kind of test it out a little bit and say, well, show me more. And um, it's the I want to call it like a key pre-check that most of us feedback users were never taught because sometimes they don't always trust the answers they get. And this is why it's this pre-check that we didn't know we needed to do first, and it's pretty cool. Thank you.
SPEAKER_02I love that. Well, I want to encourage all of our listeners to definitely check it out. I will definitely put all of Janelle's information in the show notes. And this is, like I said, been such an inspiration talking with you.
SPEAKER_00I just I so thank you for being here. Oh, thank you, Shelly, for having me. It was such a pleasure. This conversation just unfolded so beautifully. Thank you.
SPEAKER_02So great. And uh anything you want to leave our listeners with, any last words of wellness or inspiration you want to share?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, if you're stuck, if you're like confused and you don't know what that next step is, just you don't know yet what you don't know. Don't jump to conclusions or worst case scenarios. Just there is always something available. You just haven't found it or seen it yet, but you will, you can. And don't lose hope because there's um, well, like my motto, when in doubt, test it out. There's a way.
SPEAKER_02Love that. And don't you lose hope. That's that's a huge one. I think so many people need to hear that message.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah. Don't lose hope because we can quickly we can get scared, we think we're just stuck like this, and there's just no no answer for me. This doesn't work for me. You just haven't seen the thing yet. So don't lose hope.
SPEAKER_02Beautiful. What a beautiful way to end. Thank you so much. Thank you, Shelly. It's been great. And to all of our listeners, as always, take time for yourself and your wellness on this day.
